Meltdown

So I had a meltdown last night

and who was there?

yup

my guy.

A 6 kleenex meltdown -- snot included

and there he was
letting me let it out

sharing with me a moment of his own vulnerability
expressing his confidence

when I met him he tried to convince me that he was selfish

because he wants what he wants the way he wants it

I guess that's one definition of selfish

but to me -- selfish is wanting what you want
and giving nothing in return

over and over again
I feel like I get more than I give

so give me my selfish dom
any day of the week
