Booty Calls

I got a text tonight from from FM (if you want to catch up on FM - -you have to go back to mid January)

who I haven't heard from in over 2 months.

not a word

which is partly my fault
and partly his

but -- if you're interested in me-- make an effort.

so

out of the blue tonight

around 8pm

I got a text
asking me if I want to come over and enjoy his warm fire

it's a chilly night

 - I guess you don't ask a girl over to look at your etchings any more

so -- after telling him about the kiddos

I said, "lol - is this a booty call"?

and he responded:  "no baby - -I just enjoy your company"

if you ask me to come over tonight?

let's not pretend it's not.

instead tell me:

"Baby, I can't get your body out of my mind - of course it's a booty call - but I love your company too - some over - I miss you"

it's  not as if I'm a prude

I have actually slept with this man
and I do like him
he's a good guy
