i came back to look at this again...i find this such an amazing piece of work. The blue figure just left of center is very nearly a female silhouette...hair flung upward in her joyful dance....surrounded by the sky, the planets, the sun...the white, her circuitous path to finding herself.
can i just say again...i LOVE this piece...
nilla ps i'm not an arty=-farty critic. Something either stirs me...or it doesn't. There is no ambiguity there. This piece is simply brilliant.
I have to tell you, i've been working on a Matt Foxx story for more than a week and i was stuck. Stuck hard. For the first time, i wanted to go into his studio, and paint with him.
And i couldn't, not without ripping off Nora Roberts and her painting scenes.
And i came back here last night. And it inspired me...and i woke this morning with the solution inside of me.
i've set a link to here in the story...and i thank you for setting me free, opening the damn dam that was blocking me.
Yum-meeee!
